CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Instructions on How to Enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand except employees of ACP Publishing Pty Ltd, Boots Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd and Boots Healthcare New Zealand Ltd, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
The promotion commences 29th October, 2004 and closes last mail received for mail and 11:59 pm EST (for email) entries on 30th November, 2004. To enter, purchase Clearasil Blackhead Clearing Scrub from any participating Coles store and fill in the coupon via the entry coupon found in the December 2004 issue of Dolly, the Clearasil web site - www.clearasil.com.au - or fill in an in store coupon found at any participating Coles outlet Send your completed mail entry with barcode numbers to the Dolly/Clearasil Get a Fresh Look competition, PO Box 5527, Sydney NSW, 2001. Only entries completed via Dolly magazine original entry form, original in-store coupon or website will be accepted as valid. Only one entry per person permitted. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
Entrants must retain product barcode for all entries as proof of purchase.
All valid entries received will go into the one draw to ensure that each entrant has a fair and equal chance of winning. The competition will be drawn on 7th December 2004. the draw will take place at 11.00am at the Promoters premises. 285 entries will be drawn from all entries received. Winners will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry and winners of prizes valued at over $100 will have their names published in the February 2005 issue of Dolly on sale 3 January 2005
The first 5 valid entries drawn will each win a Ben Q Joybee 110 MP3 player valued at $199. The next 10 valid entries drawn will each win a pair of Pony Footwear valued at $150. The next 20 valid entries drawn will win a Goldmark ‘g’ watch valued at $99.95. The next 10 valid entries drawn will each win a pair of Charmant Sunglasses valued at $89.The next 50 valid entries will win an Aztec Rose Beach Towel valued at $49.95. The next 20 valid entries drawn will each win a Condura handbag valued at $39.95. The next 50 valid entries drawn will each win an OPI nail polish pack valued at $39.90 each. The next 20 valid entries drawn will each win a bottle of ‘So’ fragrance valued at $34.95. The next 50 valid entries drawn will each win a pair of Rip Curl thongs valued at $14.95 each. The next 50 valid entries drawn will each win a Living Dolls Singlet valued at $12. 285 prizes in total. The total Prize pool is valued at $12,722.00.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winners are responsible for all ancillary costs incurred in connection with this prize. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value, colour or style of a prize occurring between the time of printing and the date the prize is claimed.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail, or for prizes damaged in transit.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the computer user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (with reference to all state and territory regulations to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
Where prizes remain unclaimed as at 7th April, 2005, the Promoter will conduct such further draws on that date, at the same address as the original draw, as are necessary, in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however all relevant state and territory authorities and to written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
All entries become the property of the Promoter and Boots Healthcare Australia and Boots Healthcare New Zealand.
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see Contents Page for location in this issue).
